All the funds are safely stored in our planning center church account. The Executive Board of the Well Network provides oversight and approval for all matters related to the financial side of Church in the Valley.

Our Network Executive Board determines the personnel budget, but it will not exceed 55%. Our Valley Ministry budget is set at 38% with another 7-10% set aside for sending.

I am serving in a pastoral residency at Church at the Oaks in Tuscaloosa (the 3rd church plant in our network), helping me continually grow in the competencies, leadership skills, and strategies needed to plant a church effectively. I am also actively in the process of seeing God raise enough funds to support our church budget for the first 3-4 years. Beth is also serving as the kids director at Church at the Oaks
